The P9402W is the Australian-plug power supply for analogue Scalextric Sport, feeding the C8530 Power and Control Base and other analogue track power connections. It's a wall-plug unit with fixed AU pins and a fitted spade connector on the output lead.

The spade connector is the important detail. It's the flat twin-blade terminal used by Scalextric Sport track power bases, not the barrel plug found on Hornby's DCC and digital transformers. That means this supply won't connect to a Hornby controller or a digital powerbase, and equally, a barrel-plug transformer won't run your Scalextric Sport track. The connector is polarised and fits one way only.
