Almost everything on this wall is K&S, the metal stock model builders have used for generations. Brass leads it, in round, square and rectangular tube, rod, flat strip, sheet, angle and channel; aluminium covers tube and the streamline sections for undercarriage legs; and copper, stainless steel and tin plate fill in the specialist jobs.
The wire shelf is its own thing: music wire from fine 0.015 inch up to 9/32 inch, and metric 0.5mm to 5mm, for pushrods, undercarriage and linkages. Sizes are listed in both imperial and metric because K&S packs both — measure twice before ordering.
