Vallejo 72.653 Ultra Matt Polyurethane Varnish is a water-based polyurethane varnish for protecting painted fantasy and wargaming miniatures, figures and scale models. Its dead-flat clear coat is ideal for sealing finished miniatures with no reflection at all, including cloth, leather and terrain.

Part of Vallejo's auxiliary products range and developed with painters who specialise in fantasy figures and dioramas, it dries quickly to a self-levelling film that preserves fine detail and adheres strongly to resin, plastic, steel and white metal. Apply by brush or airbrush over fully cured paint, and clean up with water.

Supplied in Vallejo's 18mL dropper bottle, it allows for controlled dispensing and reduced waste, making it a useful addition for both beginner and experienced painters.
