This 1/18 scale monster truck delivers the excitement of much larger RC trucks in a package that fits in the palm of your hand — 4WD grip and chunky off-road tyres turn anywhere you go into your own RC playground.

A strong shaft drivetrain with metal gear differentials front and rear puts power to the ground through all four wheels for amazing stability and handling, while the optimised 380-size brushed motor and gearing deliver punchy top speed and acceleration, kept cool by a colour-matched heatsink. Micro-sized TREDZ Terrahex rubber tyres provide the grip and control to match. And with LED driving lights pre-installed in both the bumper and roof cage, the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down.

Easy and fun to drive

The MTX-200 2.4GHz transmitter features a real steering wheel design with a comfortable colour-matched foam wheel — pick it up and it's as natural as driving a real car. Steering and throttle trims make setup easy, and the throttle trim doubles as a speed limiter, letting you dial back the top speed for beginners and young drivers. Completely ready to run, the Atom includes a Maverick Element 7.4V 1300mAh Li-ion battery with quick-release strap and USB charger — just add 3 x AA batteries for the transmitter.

Built to take it

Under the cage-reinforced, screen-printed bodyshell sits a lightweight hex-reinforced tub chassis with side impact bars. Splashproof electronics — including the water-resistant 2-in-1 MSRS-200 receiver/speed and light controller — mean puddles won't end the fun. Dual-wishbone suspension with threaded, adjustable coilover shocks handles the rough stuff, the MS-200 servo steers through a dual-point bellcrank with built-in servo saver, and axle ball bearings and an enclosed gear cover keep everything running smoothly, run after run.
