The ARA727417 is a bag of ten M4 x 16mm double socket button head screws, listed by Arrma for the 1/10 Senton 223S DSC and the 1/8 Mojave 4S.

Double socket means a hex drive at both ends — a 2.5mm hex in the head and a 2.0mm hex in the opposite end of the shank. The screw can be driven or removed from either side, which is what makes it useful in locations where the head is buried behind a suspension arm, a bulkhead or bodywork and a driver cannot reach it. If you have ever had to strip half an assembly to back out one fastener, this is the design that avoids it.

Because the drive is at both ends, a rounded socket at one end does not necessarily mean the screw is stuck. Try the other end before resorting to an extractor.

Also referred to as a double hex screw or double-ended button head. Note it is not the same as an ordinary button head screw of the same M4x16mm size — a standard screw will fit the thread but leaves you without the second drive, which is the whole point of the part.
