ARRMA 1/8 KRATON 6S Monster Truck RTR Overview

The 1/8 scale ARRMA KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 earned its reputation as the ultimate speed monster truck. The 6S-ready design, reinforced with legendary ARRMA toughness, handles big air and brutal bashing right out of the box. Now, the KRATON launches a new chapter with this latest evolution. ARRMA takes its epic speed and strength to the next level, adding key upgrades to elevate its performance to new extremes.

The chassis plate, differentials, front bumper, skid plate, and even the wing mount have all been improved with EXB (Extreme Bash) toughness. New side guards, a two-piece tower-to-tower brace, and inner body tower add more strength and simplify maintenance. The iconic KRATON monster truck body now comes in four striking new multi-color factory finishes, and has a convenient, quick-release, clipless body retention system.

With its 6S-capable Spektrum brushless system, you can send the KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 racing and leaping at incredible 65+ mph real speeds. Components include a Firma 150A Smart V2 ESC with new, more powerful firmware, a Firma 2050Kv brushless motor, and reliable, steel geared S665 steering servo. The electronics are waterproof so you can blast without worry in any conditions — even mud or snow.

Install a 6S LiPo battery and your KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 unleashes next-level speeds and performs jaw-dropping jumps. If you’d prefer to log more bashing experience before hitting those extremes, simply start with a 4S LiPo pack. You’ll have plenty of fast and fearless fun without leaving your comfort zone. Then, when you’re ready to take it up to eleven, plug in a 6S battery and blast off!

With its throttle limiting feature, the Spektrum SLT3 transmitter can also help smooth your transition into 6S power. When activated, throttle limiting automatically limits top speed to a level you select until you’re confident you can manage it all. Set the throttle limiter switch to 50% or 75% and you won’t have to worry that your KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 will go faster than you can handle. You’ll make the move up 6S brushless speeds confidently and in complete control.

This next evolution of the 1/8 scale KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 speed monster truck includes more EXB (Extreme Bash) upgrades for hard-hitting toughness. The chassis plate, skid plate, differentials, front bumper, and wing mount are even stronger than before to survive big air and brutal bashing.

The KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 is the ultimate monster truck for jaw-dropping jumps! With an EXB (Extreme Bash) 7075 T6 aluminum chassis plate, larger EXB front bumper, skid plate, and new side guards, it’s ready for any punishment that you can dish out.

ICONIC KRATON BODY

The streamlined KRATON monster truck body is available in four striking, multi-color factory finishes. Its quick-release, clipless body retention system doubles as protection against body punch through. The mount for its high downforce wing now has EXB (Extreme Bash) durability to resist breakage.

UPGRADED TRANSMISSION

An EXB (Extreme Bash) 29mm limited slip center differential improves your control even on slippery or rough surfaces. Durable steel driveshafts provide a reliable, heavy-duty drivetrain that holds up to extreme jumps and high-speed 6S bashing.

SPEKTRUM 2.4GHz SLT3 TRANSMITTER

The high-quality Spektrum SLT3 3-channel transmitter is perfect for drivers of all experience levels. Whether you’re using 4S or 6S power, it can help you learn control skills safely by limiting the maximum available speed to 50% or 75% until you’re ready to unleash it all. Four AA batteries are included.

SPEKTRUM WATERPROOF ELECTRONICS

Factory-installed Spektrum electronics deliver added reliability and punch. The Firma 150A Smart V2 ESC has all-new firmware for even more power, and the high-torque S665 digital steering servo uses tough steel gears. ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION

With an all-terrain independent suspension and adjustable 16mm oil-filled shocks on aluminum towers to soak up bumps, the KRATON 6S BLX 4X4 blasts over dirt, asphalt, and grass. If your bashing takes you over uneven surfaces, you can adjust the ride height to increase ground clearance.

dBOOTS COPPERHEAD TIRES

Massive, super-aggressive dBoots Copperhead tires, mounted on strong, multi-split-spoke wheels, provide solid grip for fast action on all of your favorite bashing surfaces.
