The ARA-1616 supplies two dBoots Fortress SC tyres (tires) pre-glued and pre-mounted on black Arrma wheels, with foam inserts fitted — a direct replacement for the factory items on the 1/10 Senton 223S DSC and Fury 223S DSC. Because they arrive glued and ready to run, fitting is a matter of undoing the wheel nuts and swapping them over.

The Fortress SC tread is a multi-surface pattern intended to work across dirt, grass and hard-packed surfaces rather than specialising in one. Vent holes through the tyre let air move in and out as the tyre loads and unloads, which helps traction and takes some sting out of bumps and landings; the same holes let water and dirt escape rather than collecting inside and throwing the wheel out of balance.

Note that this is a pack of two, not a full set of four. A short course truck needs two packs for a complete change.
