Powered by a pre-installed 1312 outrunner brushless motor with independent ESC and two-speed transmission, the Sierra S delivers silky-smooth low-speed crawling free of the cogging that plagues small brushed crawlers, with confident trail speed on tap in high gear. Metal-gear portal axles lift the differentials clear of obstacles, while full-time 4WD, metal link rods, four-link suspension and oil-filled metal shocks keep it stable and composed across rough terrain.
