A 1:24 scale diecast model from DDA Collectibles' Inferno Series — a 1969 Ford XW Falcon reimagined as a modern restomod, in deep matte black with a carbon-fibre bonnet.

This is not a replica of a factory XW. The Inferno Series takes the shape everyone knows and builds it into something that never left Ford — matte black over the entire body, a carbon-fibre effect bonnet with a raised scoop, blood-red tinted headlights, a front splitter and rear wing, and a lowered stance on deep-dish custom wheels.

Lift the bonnet and the reason for all of it is sitting there: a fuel-injected Coyote V8 with individual throttle bodies picked out in red anodising, plumbed and detailed. Fifty years of Ford engine development dropped into a 1969 body shell.

Inside there is a full roll cage in red, a red-rimmed steering wheel, a complete dash with instrument detail, and a manual shifter on the transmission tunnel. The boot opens on a spare wheel. There is even a red handprint on the rear glass, which tells you what sort of car this is meant to be.

For anyone collecting Australian muscle, the Inferno Series sits alongside the factory-accurate models rather than competing with them — the same car, built the way someone with a workshop and no restraint would build it.
