The ARA320669 is Arrma's replacement battery compartment door in black, fitting the entire 1/10 2WD range — Freedom Flyer, Fury, Gorgon, Quake and Vorteks. Per Arrma, it is moulded (molded) from tough composite and supplied with three protective pads already fitted.

The battery door is the most-handled piece of plastic on the truck. It is opened and closed at every pack change, which over a season runs into hundreds of cycles, and the latch tabs are thin by necessity — they have to flex to click home. A door that has gone soft or cracked at the tab stops holding the pack firmly, and a battery that can shift under landing loads is a battery that can pull on its leads or work its way loose mid-run. Replacing the door restores the positive latch feel and, on a colour other than black, is the cheapest way to change the look of the chassis.
