8.4V NiMH Batteries

Seven cells for 8.4V — the upgrade pack for brushed Traxxas cars and the stock pack in many RTRs. Traxxas Power Cell packs run from the 3000mAh stick to the Series 5 5000mAh hump, all with the iD connector for the EZ-Peak chargers; Spektrum's 3300mAh Smart NiMH hump pack (IC3) is the Horizon equivalent, alone or in the Powerstage bundle with an S100 charger.

More capacity means longer runs, not more speed; an 8.4V pack in a 7.2V car is the cheap speed upgrade, provided the ESC is rated for it.
