Spartan® SR is built for speed and performance. Pull the trigger and it jumps straight onto plane and rips across the water to a heart-pounding 50+ mph top speed. There’s nothing else like it and nothing holding you back. Its 50+ mph fury makes even the most insatiable, power-hungry enthusiasts jump up and take notice — and the super-rigid 36-inch deep-V hull has the stability to cut through chop and catch air over breakers.

Flip It. Right It. Keep Going.

This is what sets SR apart. If a wave pitches Spartan SR the wrong way, you don’t need a rescue boat and you don’t need to swim. The self-righting flood chamber immediately begins filling with water until the boat rolls itself back upright, helped along by a moulded foam insert in the bow that provides excess buoyancy. Hit the throttle to drive away and the water in the flood chamber instantly exits the rear. Within seconds you’re back to extreme, full-throttle fun.
Traxxas Spartan SR electronics trayA revised electronics layout and inboard battery tray concentrate the weight toward the centre of the hull, which sharpens handling precision and keeps the boat settled at speed. The water-cooled, fully waterproof Velineon® VXL-6s™ Marine speed control carries three programmable drive profiles — Sport (forward/brake/reverse), Race (forward/brake) and Training™ (50% forward/brake, 50% reverse) — plus integrated low-voltage detection to protect your LiPo packs. The twist-lock clipless hatch and patented sealed receiver box keep water where it belongs, and a quick-release motor collet makes driveline maintenance quick.
Steering comes from a 2056 high-torque waterproof servo, and the high-output TQi™ 2.4 GHz radio system delivers the range and precision you need at 50+ mph. Traxxas Stability Management® is built in and adjustable from off to 100% assistance directly at the transmitter, so you can dial in exactly how much help you want under acceleration and at top speed without affecting throttle response.
