Charge your Traxxas iD batteries on any ordinary hobby charger. Traxxas iD packs have a connector that only fits Traxxas iD chargers — this adapter is the way around it. The male iD end plugs into your 3S battery's socket exactly as a Traxxas charger lead would; the 4mm banana plugs go into your charger's main ports and the XH balance connector into its balance board. No modification to the battery, nothing permanent — just plug in and charge.

Fitment

For 3S Traxxas iD batteries (the 4-pin balance connector matches 3S packs). Charging a 2S pack needs the 2S version of this adapter — the balance pin count must match the battery.

Important: Set Your Charger Manually

The iD system's auto-detection stays behind with the Traxxas charger — this adapter passes current, not battery information. Set your charger to the battery's actual cell count (3S) and chemistry (LiPo) before charging, and always balance charge.
