The SkyRC BD380+ is a powerful 380W battery discharger and analyser designed for RC battery testing, conditioning and performance management. With up to 40A of discharge current, support for packs up to 8S LiPo, and four operating modes, it's the complete tool for measuring true battery capacity, monitoring discharge performance and maintaining high-performance RC packs of virtually any chemistry — LiPo, LiHV, LiFe, Li-Ion, NiCd or NiMH (up to 26 cells).

If you've ever waited an age for a charger to trickle a big pack down to storage voltage, the BD380+ is the fix: connect via XT60 and it powers itself from the pack — no external power supply required — then discharges at up to 40A. What took an evening now takes minutes, and your expensive packs spend less time sitting at full charge.

It's far more than a load bank, though. Four modes cover every testing scenario: Constant Current for precise capacity testing and battery health assessment, Constant Resistance for simulating fixed-resistance loads, Constant Power for steady power-delivery testing, and Constant Voltage for burn-in testing DC power supplies (never connect a battery in CV mode). Real-time voltage, capacity and current are shown on the clear 1.77" colour display, with a simple scroll wheel and button interface for setup.

Built-in Bluetooth connects the BD380+ to the free SkyRC app (iOS and Android) for convenient monitoring of capacity, voltage and power curves from your phone. Pair it with a compatible SkyRC charger — the D200neo or T1000 — and the Charger Master PC software unlocks full high-current cycle workflows with real-time, exportable discharge curves, making it easy to benchmark packs against each other and catch weak or ageing batteries before they let you down on race day.

Despite the power on tap, the BD380+ runs cool and safe: a gaming-PC-grade cooling system with copper heat pipes, dense aluminium fins and thermally controlled fans maintains stable performance under full load, while built-in overload, over-current and over-temperature protection guards both the unit and your batteries.
