Trucks V3000S were widely used by all branches of the German army throughout the war everywhere - on the Soviet-German front, in North Africa, Italy, France. In off-road conditions, non-wheel drive vehicles showed insufficient throughput, so the 13952 V3000S was released in the semi-tracked version of the Maultier ("Mul").
