The QQ Extra 300 G2 is Quique Somenzini's second-generation take on one of the most successful electric aerobatic airframes on the market, and it earns its reputation by flying much bigger than its 1215mm span suggests. It sits in the narrow space between a sport plane and a dedicated 3D machine — smooth and locked-in for precision aerobatics, but with the power-to-weight and control authority to hover, harrier and torque roll out of the box.

The airframe is EPO with a hollow interior and carbon reinforcement in key locations, plus a plywood sub-frame connecting the firewall to the wing spar. The result is light and stiff at the same time, and because it's foam it stays repairable after the inevitable hard landing. Wheel pants, vortex generators for low-speed control and custom control horns are all fitted from the factory. The 4S power system pairs the Dualsky 2820 ECO 960KV motor with a ZTW 50A ESC for stronger vertical performance and better punch out of a hover than the original 3S setup.

What Super PNP means here

This is the part worth understanding before you buy. Super PNP means the Aura 8 flight control system arrives pre-programmed by the Flex design team — rates, expos, mixes and gyro settings are already tuned. The Aura 8 is a full flight controller rather than a simple gyro, so it handles the setup that would normally live in your transmitter. You supply a receiver, battery and radio, bind, and fly.
