Zap PT-31 Rail-Zip is a concentrated corrosion inhibitor and contact cleaner, widely used as a model railway track cleaner. It penetrates existing corrosion and restores electrical conductivity on track and electrical connections, eliminating arcing and sparking. It will not damage plastics, gum up or attract dust.

Rail-Zip is the same product as Zap After Run, so it also works as an after run oil for nitro and glow engines. A small amount added to the engine after running protects the internal parts from the corrosive residue fuel leaves behind, including during storage.
