The Super Hornet itself is the Hornet evolved: a stretched fuselage, 25% more wing area and F414 engines delivering 35% more power, giving the US Navy's workhorse strike fighter its famous ability to bring over 9,000lb of unspent fuel and ordnance back aboard the carrier. HobbyBoss's kit captures it with finely engraved panel lines across the fuselage and wings, a detailed cockpit with photo-etched seat belts and harnesses on the crew seat, fully detailed landing gear bays, and clear canopy parts — over 520 pieces across 12 sprues building into a substantial model 380mm long.
