The PECO Streamline N Code 55 Single Slip is designed for creating realistic and efficient track layouts in N gauge model railways. Single slips were commonly used on double-track lines where a trailing crossover needed to be combined with access to a siding, goods yard, or similar track arrangement.

PECO’s clever Streamline geometry makes it easy for modellers to build complex yet practical track formations that also look realistic on the layout. By combining small, medium, and large radius turnouts and crossings, you can create smooth and visually appealing track plans with less effort.

Although the visible rail height is only 1.4mm, this track is designed so that all major brands of N gauge locomotives can run reliably on it. PECO Code 55 track uses an innovative rail section that offers the realistic appearance of low-profile rail while maintaining the strength and durability needed for dependable operation. It also uses the same universal rail joiners as PECO Code 80 track for added convenience.
