Basswood plywood sheet, 1.5mm thick, 300mm x 915mm, 3-ply construction. A fine, even-grained ply that cuts cleanly with a hobby knife or laser, sands smooth and takes glue, paint and covering film well. Stiffer and more durable than balsa sheet of the same thickness, so it's the usual choice where a part needs to hold its shape under load.

Typical uses include formers, ribs, doublers, wing joiners, servo trays, firewalls and hatch covers on RC aircraft, plus general scratch-building, scale model detailing and architectural work. A single sheet is enough for a full set of formers on most park flyer and sport models.
