Shipping Policy

We ship all orders same business day (cut off is 3:00pm) or next business day for all online orders.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post or Direct Freight; these services operate Monday to Friday. We have electronic tracking via the carriers but cannot divert goods from the original address given.

Click and Collect

We offer Click and Collect for our local customers. Place your order online by selecting “Pickup in Store” as the shipping method upon check out. Please note you must enter a local address when checking out to be given this option.

Click and Collect orders can be collected during the below hours from our store at 249 Leitchs Road, Brendale, QLD 4500.

Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm | Saturday 9am to 2:00pm | Sunday Closed

Flat Rate Shipping

Our $9.99 flat rate shipping covers all metropolitan areas and all urban areas within Australia.

Oversize Items

Any items that are larger than 1 metre in any dimension are considered an oversize item and are not accepted by Australia post and as such, require additional charges to be sent by courier. Due to these items being sent by a courier, someone must be home to receive the item or a slip may be left instead. These items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
