Six water-based weathering pens for Gunpla and other plastic kits. These are wipe-off type markers: you scribble the colour into panel recesses, around vents and along edges, then blend it back with the GM400 Shade Off Marker to leave streaked grime, staining and shading rather than a hard line. The effect builds up in layers, so light passes can be repeated until the depth looks right, and a mistake can be wiped away before the paint sets.

This is Set 2, which carries a different colour range to Set 1 (GMS112) — earth and rust tones plus a pink for faded or sun-bleached panels, rather than the grey-heavy mix. Every pen in the set is also sold individually, so the set is the cheaper way in if you want more than two or three of them. Store the markers lying flat: the pigment settles out over time and standing them upright makes them harder to restart.
