What Does 3rd Generation Mean?
Over the years there have been several distinct stages in RC simulation development. Originally starting with wire-frame or filled-triangle graphics using basic force based physics, these simulators pioneered RC's entry into the computing world as the 1st generation. Then came the 2nd generation of simulators, introducing photo-realistic models and sceneries but following the same physics approach. Finally there is the 3rd generation, pioneered by ourselves. The 3rd Generation uses photo-realistic graphics but takes a leap forward from previous generations of RC simulators with the use of active control systems, real aerodynamics and airflow modelling.
